Stel Raven gives a brilliant talk about the difference between a safe space and a brave space from his perspective as an Indigenous, 2 Spirit trans therapist. This talk presents historical awareness and contemporary story in a way that shows the harmful effects of colonialism and the resultant fear and sense of displacement in many marginalized voices.
